摘  要:利用Gleeble热力模拟试验机模拟酒钢中厚板Q235B的生产工艺,结果表明通过多道次平面应变热压缩试验可以精确模拟中厚板的现场生产工艺,弥补了常规中试试验中轧制温度难以控制等问题。热模拟试样与现场产品金相结果显示组织含量及晶粒度整体差异量在7%以内,试验具有较好的轧制工艺再现性。Gleeble thermal simulation testing machine was used to simulate the production process of JISCO medium and heavy plate Q235B. The results show that the on-site production process of medium and heavy plate can be accurately simulated by multi-pass plane strain hot compression test, which makes up for the rolling in the conventional pilot test. The temperature is difficult to control and so on. The metallographic analysis of the thermal simulation sample and the on-site product shows that the overall difference in the content of the structure and the grain size is within 7%, and the test has a good reproducibility of the rolling process.
