摘　　要：针对立式连铸不锈钢板坯切割生产过程中不锈钢板坯切割缝大、断面不平整、切口质量差,介质消耗多、浪费资源,切割一次所需时间长、切割枪效能低等问题,在深入研究立式连铸不锈钢板坯切割工艺特点的基础上,设计由功能模块组成的立式连铸不锈钢板坯切割工艺方法。实践表明,该方法思路清晰、实用性强,彻底解决了目前立式连铸不锈钢板坯切割生产过程中存在的这些问题。In view of the problems of large cutting seam of stainless steel slab, uneven section, poor quality of incision, media consumption, waste of resources, long time required for cutting once, and low efficiency of cutting gun in the production process of vertical continuous casting stainless steel slab cutting, on the basis of in-depth study of the characteristics of vertical continuous casting stainless steel slab cutting process, the vertical continuous casting stainless steel slab cutting process method composed of functional modules is designed.Practice shows that the method has clear ideas and strong practicality, and completely solves these problems in the current vertical continuous casting stainless steel slab cutting production process.
