摘 要:完井方式的选择对油气田开发至关重要,裸眼完井具有简单、方便、成本低和产量高等优势,但也容易发生井壁失稳,特别是对于疏松砂岩储层而言,因此在确定采用裸眼完井之前,必须先对其在目标储层的可行性进行评价。以胜坨油田二区沙二段储层为例进行研究,该层段为一套疏松砂岩储层,胶结程度不高,为确定其裸眼完井是否可行,在“C”公式法的基础上,考虑油气渗流所引起的附加应力,建立了井壁岩石周向应力的计算方法,提出了改进后的井壁稳定性评价模型。根据目标储层现有地质、测井、测试及室内实验方法获得的资料,应用上述模型,进行了目标储层井壁稳定性评价,并进一步分析了井斜角度、压力衰减和储层产水三个因素对井壁失稳的影响,与现有完井方式进行了对比分析,得出胜坨油田二区沙二段储层裸眼完井是不可行的认识,应采用套管完井并辅以防砂固井等措施。该结论对于其他疏松砂岩储层同样适用。The choice of completion method is crucial to the development of oil and gas fields.Open hole completion has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,low cost and high production,but it is also prone to wellbore instability,especially for loose sandstone reservoirs,so the feasibility of using open hole completion must be evaluated before it can be determined.The second member of Shahejie Formation in the second area of Shengtuo Oilfield was taken as an example.This interval was a set of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs with low degree of cementation.In order to determine whether the open hole completion was feasible,the“C”formula method was choosed as the basis,considering the additional stress caused by oil and gas seepage,a calculation method was established for the circumferential stress of wellbore rock,and an improved evaluation model was put forward for wellbore stability.According to the existing geological,logging and testing data of the target reservoir and the data obtained by laboratory experiments,the above model was used to evaluate the wellbore stability of the target reservoir,and further analyze the impact of the three factors of well deviation angle,pressure attenuation and reservoir water production on the wellbore instability,and compare and analyze with the existing completion methods.It is concluded that the open hole completion of Sha2 reservoir in Shengtuo Oilfield is not feasible,casing completion and sand control cementing measures should be adopted.This conclusion is also applicable to other unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.
