摘 要:为探究海洋环境中不同离子对固化土微观颗粒结构的影响,研究了钢渣+水泥固化土与水泥固化土在侵蚀环境下微观颗粒结构变化特点。选取海水中影响较大的3种离子对固化土试样进侵蚀性试验,对不种侵蚀龄期的试样进行电镜扫描,借助OpenCV图像处理软件对扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)图像进行处理,获得土体微观颗粒结构的形态特征,与试样无侧限抗压强度(unconfined compression strength,UCS)相结合,得到固化土微观颗粒结构变化与宏观强度变化的相互关联特性。研究结果表明:(1)在Mg^(2+)作用下水泥固化土(CS)、掺激发剂的钢渣水泥固化土(A-SSP-CS)、钢渣水泥固化土(SSP-CS)的宏观强度变化与微观颗粒结构变化具有一定的相关性,且相关性在前期优于后期;(2)在Cl^(+)环境下CS、A-SSP-CS的宏观强度变化与微观颗粒结构变化在整个试验阶段内体现出较好的相关性,SSP-CS的宏微观相关性前期优于后期;(3)在SO_(4)^(2-)环境下,CS、A-SSP-CS的宏微观相关性较好,SSP-CS的宏微观相关性前期优于后期。In order to explore the influence of different ions in the marine environment on the microscopic particle structure of the solidified soil,the characteristics of the microscopic particle structure of the steel slag+cement solidified soil and cement solidified soil in the erosion environment were studied.Three kinds of ions with great influence in seawater were selected to carry out the erosion test on the solidified soil samples,and the samples with different erosion ages were scanned by electron microscope.The morphological characteristics of the bulk microscopic particle structure were combined with the unconfined compressive strength(UCS)of the sample to obtain the interrelated characteristics of the change of the microscopic particle structure and the change of the macroscopic strength of the solidified soil.The research results show these as follows.The macroscopic strength changes and microscopic particles of cement-solidified soil(CS),steel slag-cement-solidified soil(A-SSP-CS)and steel slag-cement-solidified soil(SSP-CS)under the action of Mg^(2+)The structural changes have a certain correlation,and the correlation is better in the early stage than in the later stage.The macroscopic strength changes and microscopic particle structure changes of CS and A-SSP-CS in the Cl^(-)environment are well reflected in the whole test stage.In SO_(4)^(2-)environment,the macro-micro correlation of CS and A-SSP-CS is better,and the macro-micro correlation of SSP-CS in the early stage is better than that of SSP-CS.better than the latter.
