摘 要:基于混凝土剖面序列图像重建真实三维模型的方法,将MIMICS、SOLIDWORK和COMSOL结合使用,研究混凝土细观结构对氯离子扩散影响。结果表明:模拟值与试验值能够相吻合,验证了真实三维模型的有效性;骨料的长径比越大,骨料的曲折效应越明显,对氯离子渗透的影响越显著;骨料的分布位置对氯离子扩散几乎没有影响;骨料越粗糙,对氯离子的阻滞效应越明显。界面过渡区(interfacial transition zone, ITZ)厚度、扩散系数越大,对氯离子扩散影响越大。将真实三维模型与随机骨料模型模拟结果对比发现:随机骨料模型模拟数值总是小于真实三维模型数值。Based on the method of reconstructing real 3D model from sequential images of concrete sections,MIMICS,SOLIDWORK and COMSOL were combined to study the influence of concrete fine structure on chloride diffusion.MIMICS,SOLIDWORK and COMSOL were used in combination to investigate the influence of concrete fine structure on chloride ion diffusion.Results showed that simulation results could match with the experimental results which verified the validity of the real 3D model.The meander effect of aggregates became more pronounced with increasing aggregate aspect ratio,which indicated that the influence of aggregates on chloride ion penetration was also greater.The distribution position of the aggregates had almost no effect on the diffusion of chlorine particles.The rougher the aggregate the more pronounced the blocking effect on chloride ions.With the increasing of thickness and diffusion coefficient of interfacial transition zone,the effect on chloride diffusion was greater.Comparing the simulation results of the real 3D model and the random aggregate model,it is found that the simulation values of the random aggregate model are always smaller than the values of the real 3D model.
