摘 要:提高粉碎效率一直是饲料粉碎工段的研究热点,但基于实际生产场景下的粉碎机风网系统对其工作性能的影响却少有论及。文章基于实际生产场景下的锤片式粉碎机风网系统进行三维建模,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对粉碎机粉碎腔内气流场进行数值模拟,得出不同风量下粉碎机粉碎腔气流场的负压特性分布规律及运动特性,通过调节进风口和风机开度验证了合适的风量可以有效改善粉碎系统工作性能。数值模拟和试验结果表明,锤片式粉碎机粉碎腔内气流场的压差和风速随风量的增大而增大,风网系统风量越大其粉碎系统产能越高,但能耗和水分损耗也会随之增加。综上所述,在粉碎过程中风网系统风量并非越大越好,应根据实际的粉碎系统工况和粉碎原料,选择恰当的风量粉碎系统,整体工作性能才能达到最佳状态。Improving the grinding efficiency has always been a hot topic in the feed grinding section,but the impact of the pulverizer air system based on the actual production scenario on its working performance is rarely discussed.In this paper,based on the actual production scene of the hammer mill air system,the three-dimensional modeling is carried out,and the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to conduct numerical simulation of the air flow field in the grinder chamber.The distribution law of negative pressure characteristics and movement characteristics of the air flow field in the grinder chamber under different air volumes are obtained.Through adjusting the air inlet and fan opening,it is verified that the appropriate air volume can effectively improve the working performance of the grinder system.The numerical simulation and test results show that the pressure difference and wind speed of the air flow field in the grinding chamber of the hammer mill increase with the increase of the air volume.The larger the air volume of the air system,the higher the capacity of the grinding system,but the energy consumption and water loss will also increase.To sum up,In the grinding process,the air volume of the air system should be appropriate.Proper air volume should be selected according to the actual grinding system working conditions,raw materials and fan parameters,so that the overall working performance of the crushing system can reach the best state.
