摘  要:针对锤片式粉碎机工作过程中存在的物料环流层问题,对物料颗粒进行了运动分析,得到了环流层运动特征,并设计了圆弧形筛、翼型筛和翼型-三角形组合筛3种新型筛片,以破坏物料环流层,改善粉碎机性能。基于FLUENT软件对粉碎机安装不同筛片时的气流场特征进行了数值模拟,结果表明:粉碎机使用新型筛片可降低锤片扫过区域的气流速度,减小转子中心区域负压值,增大出口压力,提高物料的粉碎效率和出筛效率,降低能耗。试验结果表明:锤片式粉碎机使用3种新型筛片均能改善机器性能,粉碎机使用圆弧形筛、翼型筛和翼型-三角形组合筛时的生产率比使用环形筛分别提高了11.56%、15.06%和19.89%;吨料电耗分别降低了16.14%、15.19%和17.88%;温升分别降低了0.8、1.05、0.95℃,验证了理论分析及数值模拟的准确性。To solve the problem of circulation layer in the working process of hammer mill,the motion analysis of material particle was carried out,and the motion characteristics of circulation layer were obtained in this paper.Circular sieve,airfoil sieve and airfoil-triangle combined sieve were designed to destroy the circulation layer and improve the performance of the hammer mill.Based on FLUENT software,the airflow field characteristics of different sieves installed in the hammer mill were numerically simulated.The results showed that the use of new sieves in the hammer mill could reduce the airflow velocity in the area of swept by the hammer,reduce the negative pressure in the central area of the rotor,and increase the outlet pressure,which can improve the grinding efficiency and sieving efficiency and reduce electricity consumption.The test results showed that the performance of hammer mill could be improved by using the new sieves.The productivity of hammer mill with circular sieve,airfoil sieve and airfoil-triangle combined sieve increased by 11.56%,15.06%and 19.89%respectively compared with that of annular sieve.The electricity consumption per ton reduced by 16.14%,15.19%and 17.88%respectively.The temperature rise decreased by 0.8°C,1.05°C and 0.95°C,respectively,which verified the accuracy of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization design of the hammer mill.
