摘 要:为了改善秸茬旋耕效果,目前的主流是采用双刀辊机构设计。为此,利用EDEM对前刀辊直径R_(q)、后刀辊直径R_(h)、前后刀辊高度差L_(y)和前后刀辊距离L x进行优化设计,并建立土壤物理模型、土壤颗粒粘连模型、秸秆模型和旋耕土壤模型,通过仿真计算得到破土率、埋茬率和功耗。设计四因素三水平试验,分别以双刀辊机构4个参数为变量,建立破土率、埋茬率和功耗模型。采用目标函数法综合考虑3个模型,计算得到破土率、埋茬率最高及功耗最低时对应的前刀辊直径R_(q)、后刀辊直径R_(h)、前后刀辊高度差L_(y)和前后刀辊距离L x。测试结果表明,仿真模型具有较高精度。In order to improving the effect of rotary stubble,double knife roller mechanism became very important.The diameter of rake roller R_(q),diameter of back knife roller R_(h),the height difference between front and rear knife rolls Ly,and height difference between front and rear knife rolls L_(x) were optimized by EDEM.The soil physical model,adhesion model of soil particles,straw model and soil model of rotary tillage were found,and the soil breaking rate,stubble rate and power waste were calculated by simulation.The four factors and three levels experiment was designed,and the model of soil breaking rate,stubble rate and power waste were achieved by the four parameters of double knife roller mechanism.Three models were comprehensive considered,as the soil breaking rate and stubble rate were maximum,and power waste was minimum.The optimal diameter of rake roller R_(q),diameter of back knife roller R_(h),the height difference between front and rear knife rolls L_(y),and height difference between front and rear knife rolls L_(x)were calculated.The field test showed that the simulation model had high precision.
