摘 要:针对紫花苜蓿种子丸化包衣存在丸化合格率低、种粉间混合均匀度差、丸化工艺落后等问题,采用数值模拟和试验验证相结合的方法,对紫花苜蓿种子丸化包衣工艺参数进行优化设计。通过离散元软件EDEM建立紫花苜蓿种子的仿真模型,采用离散系数作为评价指标研究了包衣锅振动频率、转速、倾角对种粉间混合均匀度的影响,同时以丸化合格率J作为评价指标,采用单因素试验验证数值模拟的可行性。为进一步研究各因素对种粉间混合均匀度的影响规律,以丸化合格率J作为评价指标进行二次回归正交设计试验,通过Design-Expert软件建立紫花苜蓿种子丸化合格率的二阶回归方程并进行方差分析。结果表明:对紫花苜蓿种子丸化合格率影响前3的因素为包衣锅倾角、包衣锅振动频率与包衣锅转速,并以丸化合格率的最大值为优化目标得到最优工艺参数组合,即包衣锅倾角为44°、包衣锅振动频率12Hz、包衣锅转速68r/min。研究结果可为振动作用下小粒种子的丸粒化包衣机设计和丸化包衣工艺参数优化提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of low pass rate of pelletization,poor mixing uniformity of seed powder,and backward pelletizing process in the pellet coating of Medicago sativa seeds,this paper adopts the method of combining numerical simulation and experimental verification to analyze the pellet coating technology of Medicago sativa seeds.Parameters are optimized.The discrete element software EDEM was used to establish a simulation model of Medicago sativa seeds,and the dispersion coefficient was used as the evaluation index to study the influence of coating pan inclination,coating pan vibration frequency and coating pan rotation speed on the uniformity of seed powder mixing.At the same time,the pelletization was qualified.Rate J is used as the evaluation index,and single factor test is used to verify the feasibility of numerical simulation.In order to further study the influence of various factors on the uniformity of seed powder mixing,the second-order regression orthogonal design test was carried out with the qualified rate of pelleting J as the evaluation index,and the second-order regression of the qualified rate of medicago sativa seed pelleting was established through Design-Expert software.Equation and perform analysis of variance.the results show that the primary and secondary factors that affect the pass rate of Medicago sativa seed pellets are:coating pan inclination>vibration frequency>coating pan rotation speed,and the maximum pass rate of pelletization is used as the optimization objective to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters:the inclination angle of the coating pan is 40.78°,the vibration frequency is 20.95 Hz,and the rotation speed of the coating pan is 45.43 r/min.Under this combination of process parameters,the pass rate of pelletization reached the highest,93.2%,which indicates that the best mixing uniformity can be achieved between the seed powders.The research results can provide a reference for the design of pelletizing coating machine for small seeds under vibration and the opt
