摘  要:基于有机质浮岛水面复合种养生产模式,结合农业生产所需农艺要求和河蟹养殖要求,设计制造了一种有机质浮岛智能种养一体机。为提高该机械的投饲精准度,以现有机械为基础进行正交试验,选取甩盘电机转速、投饲高度和挡板开合角度为影响因素,投饲准确度为评价指标,设计三因素五水平正交旋转试验对投饲参数进行优化处理。结果表明:当电机转速为1220r/min、投饲高度为4.8cm、挡板开合角度为114.3°时,投饲精准度最优,并通过室外试验进行了验证。Based on the organic floating island water surface compound planting and breeding production model,combined with the agronomic requirements and crab breeding requirements for agricultural production in this model,an intelligent organic floating island planting and breeding integrated machine was designed and manufactured.In order to improve the feeding accuracy of the machine,an orthogonal experiment was carried out based on the existing machinery.The rotating speed of the spinner motor,the feeding height and the opening and closing angle of the baffle were selected as the influencing factors,and the feeding accuracy was the evaluation index.Design three the factor five horizontal orthogonal rotation test optimizes the feeding parameters.Finally,when the motor speed is 1220r/min and the feeding height is 4.8cm,and the baffle opening and closing angle is 114.3°,the feeding accuracy is the best,and it is verified by outdoor experiments.
