摘  要:随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机图像处理技术被应用到各种领域,特别是在智能技术出现以后,图像处理和智能识别技术被应用到机械零部件的故障检测上,从而实现了故障的无损接触检测和智能化诊断。为此,提出了一种基于计算机图像识别的农机零件无损检测技术,通过对零件采集图像的边缘检测,确定零件是否存在故障缺陷,并利用特征匹配和神经网络技术诊断故障类型,从而实现农机零部件的智能化无损检测。With the continuous development of computer technology,computer image processing technology has been applied to various fields,especially after the emergence of intelligent technology,image processing and intelligent recognition technology has been applied to the fault detection of mechanical parts,so as to realize the non-destructive contact detection and intelligent diagnosis of faults.Above it,it put forward a nondestructive testing technology of agricultural machinery parts based on computer image recognition.Through the edge detection of the image collected from the parts,whether there are fault defects in the parts is determined,and the fault types are diagnosed by using feature matching and neural network technology,thus realized the intelligent nondestructive testing of agricultural machinery parts.
