基于离散元法的船式拖拉机弧形轮叶驱动性能研究

摘  要:船式拖拉机在水田作业时,其行驶驱动力主要来源于驱动叶轮轮叶与土壤间的相互作用。为了降低船式拖拉机行驶过程中的功率损失,采用弧形轮叶来优化叶轮的驱动效率,并构建了弧形轮叶—土壤的离散元模型,通过比较弧形单轮叶在不同幅角、厚度、驱动面倾角下受到的土壤作用力(推进力和支撑力)及作业过程中不同参数的弧形轮叶与土壤流动之间的关系,以叶轮驱动效率为参考指标,对弧形轮叶结构参数进行优化。研究结果表明:当辐角为18°、厚度为8mm、驱动面倾角为6°时,轮叶驱动效率达到最大,为61.23%,相比原始直面轮叶提高了31.11%,比课题组优化得到的直面轮叶驱动效率提升了8.49%,叶轮驱动性能获得了明显提升。When a boat tractor works in a paddy field,its driving force mainly comes from the interaction between the driving impeller and the soil.In this paper,curved blades are used to optimize the driving efficiency of the impeller and reduce the power loss during the traveling of the ship-type tractor.And a discrete element simulation model of the arc-shaped blade-soil is constructed.By comparing the soil force(propulsion force and supporting force)received by the arc-shaped single impeller under different central angles,thicknesses,and driving surface inclination angles,as well as the relationship between the arc-shaped blades with different parameters and the soil flow during the operation.Taking the impeller drive efficiency as a reference index,the parameters of the arc blade are optimized.The research indicates that when the central angle is 18°,the thickness is 8mm,and the driving surface inclination angle is 6°,the traction efficiency of the blade reaches the maximum 61.23%,which is 31.11%higher than the original straight blade.It is 8.49%more efficient than the straight-face blade optimized by the research team in the previous stage,and the impeller traction performance has been significantly improved.
