摘  要:为了满足多作物联合收获机在收获不同作物时的割台调节需求,研发了割台地面仿形机构,采用接触式和非接触式传感器协同工作的方法检测割台高度,将检测的割台高度平均值与设定值进行比较,并通过模糊控制器来调节割台高度。对4LZ-5B型多作物联合收获机进行了割台高度自动调控的仿真与田间试验研究,结果表明:在收割油菜、水稻和谷子时,割台高度自动调控系统均能稳定运行,且割台高度控制误差不大于15mm,可以满足不同作物的收获要求。In order to meet the combine header adjustment requirements of multi-crop combine harvester when harvesting different crops with different cutting height,the profiling mechanism which installed on both sides of the combine header is developed.The method of cooperative work of contact and non-contact sensors is used to detect the combine header height,and the average value of the detected header height is compared with the set value,then the combine header height is adjusted by fuzzy controller.The simulation and field test of automatic combine header height control of 4LZ-5B multi-crop combine harvester are carried out to verify the feasibility of the control algorithm.The results show that the automatic header height control system can operate stably when harvesting rape,rice and millet,and the control error is no more than 15mm,which can meet the harvest requirements of different crops.
