摘 要:针对有粉末有机肥和颗粒有机肥离散元颗粒模型参数难以测量等问题,使用图像处理法对有机肥颗粒直径进行了标定,通过仿真试验并以休止角为目标值进行正交实验设计,对有机肥-有机肥滚动摩擦因数和有机肥-钢板滚动摩擦因数进行方差分析。最后,通过实际试验对比,确定了颗粒有机肥-有机肥滚动摩擦因数为0.10,有机肥-钢板滚动摩擦因数为0.30;粉末有机肥-有机肥滚动摩擦因数为0.40,有机肥-钢板滚动摩擦因数为0.30。研究结果表明:颗粒有机肥仿真休止角与实际休止角相对误差为4.1%,粉末有机肥仿真休止角与实际休止角相对误差为3.2%,无明显差异,表明有机肥离散元参数准确。In view of the difficulty of measuring the parameters of the discrete element particle model of organic fertilizers,especially powdered organic fertilizers,the particle diameter of organic fertilizers was calibrated using image processing methods.A regression model was established through simulation experiments and the angle of repose was used as the target value.The rolling friction coefficient of fertilizer and the rolling friction coefficient of organic fertilizer-steel plate were analyzed by variance analysis.Finally,through actual test comparison,the rolling friction coefficient of granular organic fertilizer-organic fertilizer was determined to be 0.10,the rolling friction coefficient of organic fertilizer-steel plate was 0.30;powder organic fertilizer-organic fertilizer.The coefficient of rolling friction is 0.40,and the coefficient of rolling friction of organic fertilizer-steel is 0.30.The results show that the relative error between the simulated angle of repose and the actual angle of repose of the granular organic fertilizer is 4.1%,and the relative error between the simulated angle of repose and the actual angle of repose of the powder organic fertilizer is 3.2%,and there is no significant difference,indicating that the discrete element parameters of the organic fertilizer are accurate.
