摘 要:为提高枣树枝条的修剪、粉碎机械的工作性能,分析剪切角度、刀型与剪切速度对枝条剪切性能的影响规律,获得枝条剪切力学特性参数,以新鲜枣枝为研究对象,剪切强度为试验指标,进行三因素剪切试验,并利用协方差分析法分析枝条剪切显著性因素与剪切力学特性。试验结果表明:对枝条最大剪切应力影响显著性由大到小为剪切角度、刀型、剪切速度,且剪切角度与剪切强度呈负相关;不同形状刃线刀具的枝条剪切过程的力—位移的曲线不同,可分为4个不同阶段,剪切力的峰值一般会出现在第Ⅱ、Ⅳ阶段剪切过程;弧面刀受剪切强度最小,可作为枝条修剪与破碎刀具。研究结果可为设计枣树枝条修剪、粉碎机械提供参考。In order to improve the cutting and crushing efficiency of jujube branches and obtain the shear mechanical properties of branches,a three-factor shear test was carried out with fresh jujube branches as the research object,shear angle,knife type and shear speed as the test factors,and shear strength as the test index.The covariance analysis method was used to analyze the shear significance factors and shear mechanical properties of branches.The test results show that the significant influence on the maximum shear stress of the branches from large to small is shear angle,knife type and shear speed,and the shear angle is negatively correlated with the shear strength.The force-displacement curves of the branch shear process of different shape edge line tools are different,which can be divided into four different stages.The peak value of the shear force generally appears in the stage II and IV shear process.The arc cutter has the smallest shear strength and can be used as a branch pruning and crushing tool.The research results can provide corresponding data reference for the design and optimization of jujube branch pruning machinery and branch crushing machinery.
