摘 要:以西瓜采摘过程中的识别定位方法为研究对象,采用红外光谱技术获取西瓜采摘过程中的图像及相关位置信息。通过试验测定出能够有效进行西瓜识别的红外光最佳波段,在不同的光照条件下采集西瓜红外图像,对图像进行滤波和去噪音处理,并采用定型模板对西瓜红外图像进行浓缩,实现西瓜果实的识别。进一步计算西瓜采摘过程中的形心坐标,以此作为西瓜采摘点,根据西瓜外观形状,对图像进行分割定位,识别出西瓜采摘时的切割点。对不同条件下的西瓜图像进行识别算法验证,结果表明:该识别系统能够准确识别出有无采摘对象的成功率为98%,能够识别出采摘点的成功率为93.8%,能够识别出切割点的成功率为87.7%。This paper takes the recognition and location method in the process of watermelon picking is taken as the research object,and the infrared spectrum technology is used to obtain the image and related location information in the process of watermelon picking.Through the way of experimental measurement,the best band of infrared light which can effectively identify watermelon is determined,and the infrared image of watermelon is collected under different lighting conditions,the image is filtered and de-noised,and the infrared image of watermelon is condensed by using the stereotyped template to realize the recognition of watermelon fruit,and the centroid coordinates in the process of watermelon picking are further calculated as the reference watermelon picking point.According to the appearance shape of watermelon,the image is segmented and located,and the cutting points of watermelon are identified.The results show that the success rate of the recognition system is 98%,the success rate of picking point is 93.8%,and the success rate of cutting point is 87.7%.
