摘  要:针对黑龙江垦区旱田施肥作业存在的问题,设计了一种变量施肥机液压驱动系统。通过理论计算确定了主要液压元件的参数,并使用AMESim软件建立液压系统的模型进行仿真分析,结果表明:液压马达的转速、流量均满足设计要求;进行了台架试验和田间试验,结果表明:在不同的转速范围下,液压马达的转速控制精度可以达到99.1%;田间试验结果表明:液压驱动系统可以完成玉米大豆的施肥作业,工况稳定,液压马达的控制精度可以达到97.7%。A hydraulic drive system of variable fertilizer applicator was designed for the problems of dry field fertilizer application operation in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.The parameters of the main hydraulic components were determined through theoretical calculations,and the model of the hydraulic system was established using AMESim software for simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the speed and flow rate of the hydraulic motor can meet the design requirements.Bench test and field test were conducted.The bench test showed that the speed control accuracy of the hydraulic motor could reach 99.1%under different speed ranges.The results of the field test show that the hydraulic drive system can complete the fertilization operation of corn and soybean with stable working conditions,and the control accuracy of the hydraulic motor can reach 97.7%.
