摘  要:针对新疆土地土壤条件以及果园独特种植模式,为解决相关播种机械种类匮乏的问题,设计了专用于旱地果园的绿肥混合播种机。该机可实现多种混合模式进行播种,适用于不规则种子与圆形种子或小颗粒种子与长条种子,且能够实现小颗粒种子的精量播种。田间试验结果表明;样机作业开沟深度、播种深度前排平均33mm、后排27mm,播种深度合格率95%,滑移率3.5%,线性度10.8%,各行一致性系数10.55%,播后地表平整、镇压连续。同时,分析得出工作范围内排种器转速、排种舌工作长度与排种速度的关系,并通过试验验证了机械设计的可行性。设计结果可为北方旱地果园行间播种机械提供参考,对于降低果农劳动强度与果园播种难度、提升播种质量具有重要的现实意义。In view of the land and soil conditions and the unique planting mode of orchards in Xinjiang,to solve the problem of lack of relevant types of sowing machinery,a green fertilizer mixed planter specially designed for dryland orchards is designed.The machine can realize a variety of mixed modes for sowing.One machine can meet a variety of functions,such as irregular seeds and round seeds,small particle seeds and long strip seeds,The precision sowing of small particle seeds was realized,and the results of field experiment showed that;For the ditching depth of the prototype operation,the average sowing depth is 33mm in the front row and 27mm in the back row,the qualified rate of sowing depth is 95%,the slip rate is 3.5%,the linearity is 10.8%,and the consistency coefficient of each row is 10.55%.After sowing,the surface is flat and the suppression is continuous.Through analysis,the relationship between the seed metering device speed,the working length of seed metering tongue and the seed metering speed within the working range is obtained,The feasibility of mechanical design is verified by experiments,The design results can provide a reference basis for the inter row sowing machinery of dryland orchards in the north,and have important practical significance for reducing the labor intensity of fruit farmers and the difficulty of orchard sowing and improving the sowing quality.
