摘 要:针对新疆地区落地红枣捡拾的机械化程度低、人工成本高、劳动强度大、雇工难等问题,研制了一种适用于沙土地枣园的梳齿式落地红枣收获机。根据梳齿式落地红枣收获机作业要求,设计了整机的液压系统,并对分离输送抬升液压缸、各工作液压马达以及工作液压泵进行了理论计算和选型。利用液压仿真软件AMESim 9.1对工作液压回路进行了仿真模拟分析,验证了工作回路设计的可行性和合理性。加工样机并进行了田间试验,结果表明:梳齿式落地红枣收获机的捡拾率为90.7%,含杂率为5.2%,各液压回路调节灵敏,响应迅速,满足设计要求。Aiming at the problems of low mechanization,high labor cost,high labor intensity and difficult employment of landing jujube picking in Xinjiang,a comb type landing jujube harvester suitable for sand jujube garden was developed.According to the operation requirements of the comb type ground red jujube harvester,the hydraulic system of the whole machine is designed,and the theoretical calculation and selection of the separation conveying lifting hydraulic cylinder,each working hydraulic motor and working hydraulic pump are carried out;Using hydraulic simulation software AMESim9.1,the working hydraulic circuit is simulated and analyzed to verify the feasibility and rationality of the working circuit design;The prototype was processed and field experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the pick-up rate of comb type ground red jujube harvester is 90.7%,with impurity content of 5.2%.Each hydraulic circuit has sensitive adjustment and rapid response,meeting the design requirements.
