烟草起垄施肥机镇压辊仿生设计与试验

摘  要:针对现有烟草起垄压实装置粘附土壤、阻力大和压实后垄体易塌陷等问题,基于地鳖虫壳体表面的凸包形几何结构,设计了一种仿生凸包结构镇压辊。采用单因素试验,考察了土壤干基含水率为20%时仿生镇压辊凸包高度h和基圆直径d对土壤粘附量、牵引阻力的影响,得出了减粘降阻效果较好的凸包结构尺寸组合凸包高度h为2.5mm、基圆直径d为15mm。试验结果表明:在土壤条件适宜烟草根系生长前提下,仿生镇压辊相比于传统镇压辊有明显的减粘降阻效果,减粘率最高可达47.8%,减阻率达10.31%。The phenomenon of soil adhesion,traction resistance and collapse of the tobacco ridge occurred widely when conventional compacting installations worked.To solve the problem,a biomimetic press roller with bionically convex hull structures were designed learning from the geometric structure of the shell surface of ground beetle(Eupolyphaga sinensis).Single factor test were performed in an indoor soil bin with moisture content(dry basis)of 20%.The effects of the height of convex hull(h)and the base circle diameter of the convex hull(d)on soil adhesion and traction resistance were determined.The convex hull structure size combination with lower adhesion and force is obtained:the height of convex hull(h)is 2.5mm and the base circle diameter of the convex hull(d)is 15mm.The results showed that under the identical conditions,compared with the traditional roller,all bionic rollers exhibited lower adhesion than a conventional roller against soil in a suitable compaction for tobacco,and the maximal adhesion reduction rate was 47.8%.The bionic roller with ridged structure with reasonable dimensions could reduce the traction force by 10.18%than conventional roller.
