摘  要:针对丘陵山区地带小区域农作物被田间蜗牛咬食且受地势地形影响不易使用农业机械进行田间植保作业的问题,设计了一种借助无人机进行消杀蜗牛的爆破式植保弹,弹体内可承载25kg左右颗粒状农药,通过无人机搭载进行作业。为实现此植保装置的精准有效作业,提出了一种控制策略,并通过Proteus软件仿真整个控制过程中信号的接收与发射,可实现植保弹的实时爆破控制。对植保弹的外形、爆破装置、爆破物质进行设计建模,最终用Ansys中的ls-dyna算法对被控后的植保弹进行爆破仿真分析得出:当植保弹在空中距离农作物5m,X轴方向初速度为2596、1557、1037m/s,Y轴方向初速度为3739、1560、470.4m/s时,由下落至爆破所需的时间得出植保弹爆破后对农作物的最大作业覆盖面积为21.16、66.93、336m^(2),可为后期植保弹的深入研究提供一定的理论基础。Aiming at the problem that crops in small areas in Hilly and mountainous areas are bitten by field snails and are not easy to use agricultural machinery for field plant protection operation due to the influence of terrain,an explosive plant protection bomb for killing snails with the help of UAV is studied and designed.The projectile can carry about 25kg granular pesticide,which can be carried by UAV.In order to realize the accurate and effective operation of the plant protection device,a control strategy is proposed,and the signal reception and transmission in the whole control process are simulated by Proteus Software.The results show that the real-time blasting control of plant protection projectile can be realized.The shape,blasting device and blasting material of the plant protection bomb are designed and modeled.Finally,the blasting simulation analysis of the controlled plant protection bomb is carried out by using LS DYNA algorithm in ANSYS.It is concluded that when the plant protection bomb is 5m away from crops in the air,the initial velocity in X-axis direction is 2596m/s,1557m/s and 1037m/s,and the initial velocity in Y-axis is 3739m/s,1560m/s and 470.4m/s,From the time from falling to blasting,it is concluded that the maximum operation coverage area of plant protection bomb on crops after blasting is 21.16m 2,66.93m^(2)and 336m^(2),which provides a certain theoretical basis for the in-depth study of plant protection bomb in the later stage.
