摘  要:针对葡萄叶幕修剪劳动强度大等问题,依据葡萄叶幕修剪的技术要求,基于AIP软件设计了一种轻简化、省力化往复式葡萄叶幕修剪装置,具有切割器支撑臂液压升降、伸缩调节和顶部切割避障装置,可实现修剪幅宽和高度的无级调节,解决了用机械代替手工的难题。对往复式葡萄叶幕修剪装置的作业性能进行了田间试验,结果表明:往复式葡萄叶幕修剪装置在机组行进速度0.9km/h、动刀片间距5cm时,作业效率为0.11hm^(2)/h,纯工作效率为0.18hm^(2)/h,葡萄枝条漏剪率为6.5%,断口撕碎率为3.5%,可以满足酿酒葡萄叶幕的修剪要求,为葡萄叶幕机械轻简化、省力化修剪提供了借鉴。In view of the high labor intensity of grape leaf curtain pruning and other problems,according to the technical requirements of grape leaf curtain pruning,a light,simplified and labor-saving reciprocating grape leaf curtain pruning device was designed based on the AIP software.The device has a cutter support.The arm hydraulic lifting,telescopic adjustment and top cutting obstacle avoidance device realize the stepless adjustment of the trimming width and height,and solve the problem of replacing manual work with machinery.Field tests were conducted on the performance of the reciprocating grape leaf trimming device.The test results show that:when the reciprocating grape leaf trimming device is at a traveling speed of 0.9km/h and the distance between the moving blades is equal to 5 cm,the operating efficiency of the unit is 0.11hm^(2)/h,the pure working efficiency is 0.18hm^(2)/h,and the grape branches are leaking.With a shear rate of 6.5%and a shredding rate of 3.5%,this pruning device can meet the pruning requirements of wine grape leaves.It provides a basis for the light simplification and labor-saving pruning of the grape leaf curtain.
