摘  要:针对小麦小区联合收获机存在的不能连续集粮作业、劳动强度大和机具效率较低等问题,设计了一种适用于小麦小区联合收获机的连续集粮系统。系统采用S5P6818芯片控制,由连续供袋装置、夹持机构、自动扎口机、称量装置、喷码机及输送机构组成,通过对位置信号和质量信号的采集处理,可以实现多个小区连续集粮作业,能够减小劳动强度,有效地提高机具效率。对连续集粮系统进行仿真测试,结果表明:系统可以准确采集并传输相应信号,具有良好的人机交互界面,可靠性较高。In view of the fact that the combine harvester in the wheat plot couldn't continuously gather grain,which caused problems of high labor intensity and low machine efficiency.This research designed a continuous grain collection system suitable for wheat plot combine harvesters.The system was controlled by S5P6818 chip.It was composed of continuous bag feeding device,clamping mechanism,automatic tying machine,weighing device,inkjet printer and conveying mechanism.The collection and processing of position signals and weight signals could realize continuous grain gathering operations in multiple plots,which could reduce labor intensity and effectively improve machine efficiency.The simulation test results of the continuous grain collection system showed that the system could accurately collect and transmit corresponding signals,had a good human-computer interaction interface,and had high reliability.
