摘 要:为探究船式拖拉机驱动叶轮与土壤的转向作用机理,提高船式拖拉机转向性能,在课题组直线驱动研究获取的最佳叶轮结构基础上,首先结合离散元法,从单轮叶与土壤作用过程角度出发,对轮叶转向过程受力进行了分析;然后以推进力和转向力矩为评价指标,采用单因素法分析了轮叶宽度、轴向角度、轮毂直径等参数对轮叶转向性能的影响。通过多因素分析得到单叶轮的最佳参数组合。结果表明:最优轮叶参数组合为轮叶宽度134.1 mm、轴向角度5°、轮毂直径560.56mm,此条件下单轮叶所受推进力为214.22N,转向力矩为29.92N·m,整体驱动叶轮所受推进力为159.14N,转向力矩为672.91N·m。优化后单轮叶推进力略有提高,转向力矩明显降低,整体驱动叶轮推进力增大、转向力矩减小,船式拖拉机驱动性能得到了有效提高。In order to explore the steering performances of the boat tractor driving impeller and the soil,and to improve the steering performance of the ship-type tractor,based on the best impeller structure obtained by the impeller driving performances research of our research group,the force on the single blade in the turning process is analyzed firstly by using the discrete element method(DEM).Then,the propulsion force and steering torque are used as the evaluation indicators,and the single factor method is used to analyze the influences of the blade width,axial angle,hub diameter and other parameters on the steering performances of the blade.Through the multi-factor analysis,the best parameter combination of a single blade is obtained.The results show the optimal combination of parameters are those:the blade width is 134.1mm,the axial angle is 5°,and the hub diameter is 560.56mm.As the optimal parameters of the single blade are chosen,the propulsion force of the single blade is 214.22N,the steering torque is 29.92N·m.The propulsion force of the total impeller is also calculated,which is 159.14N,and the steering torque of the impeller is 672.91Nm.Compared with the original single blade,the propulsion force of the single blade is slightly increased,and the steering torque is significantly reduced.Moreover,the propulsion force of the driving impeller also increases,and the steering torque decreases.The drive performances of the boat tractor are improved effectively.
