摘  要:通过对轮式拖拉机不同使用环境进行介绍,提出了一种能够适应不同地形条件的定流量负载敏感型液压悬挂系统,并利用CAXA绘制液压悬挂系统工作原理和结构图,分别在定负载和变负载两种工作条件下使用AMESim对其进行仿真分析。结果显示:液压缸的运动过程与负载大小无关,系统流量不受负载变化的影响,仿真过程中液压缸的位移和速度误差均可控制在5%以内。由此表明,定流量负载敏感型液压悬挂系统能够在不同的地形条件中进行使用。This paper introduces the different use environment of wheeled tractor,and puts forward a constant flow load sensitive hydraulic suspension system which can adapt to different terrain conditions.CAXA is used to draw the working principle and structure diagram of the hydraulic suspension system,and AMESim is used to simulate and analyze it under the two working conditions of constant load and variable load respectively.The results show that the movement process of the hydraulic cylinder has nothing to do with the size of the load,and the system flow is not affected by the change of the load.The displacement and speed errors of the hydraulic cylinder can be controlled within 5%in the simulation process,which indicates that the constant flow load sensitive hydraulic suspension system can be used in different terrain conditions.
