楚韵湖浮游植物初级生产力及粒级与水质的关系分析

摘  要:以信阳农林学院校内楚韵湖为研究对象,通过测定楚韵湖冬季水化指标、浮游植物初级生产力以及不同粒级浮游植物生物量,综合分析了楚韵湖水质状况。结果表明,楚韵湖水质为劣V类,各项水化指标除亚硝酸盐氮符合水产养殖区渔业水域Ⅲ类水质标准之外,其他指数均超标。1#和2#站位叶绿素a含量分别达到了106.87 mg/m^(3)、111.56 mg/m^(3),水体富营养化程度很高。1#和2#站位总初级生产力平均为6.40 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d和6.60 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d,净生产力平均为3.96 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d和2.04 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d。在楚韵湖中,小型浮游植物(Mirco,>20μm)占比最高,1#、2#站位分别为91%和93%;微型(Nano,2~20μm)和微微型(Pico,<2μm)浮游植物占比较低,1#站位微型和微微型浮游植物分别占7%、2%;2#站位微型和微微型浮游植物占5%、2%。数据显示,楚韵湖水体富营养化比较严重,小型浮游植物所占比例大。本研究结果可以为小池塘水体资源可持续利用提供一定的参考。This paper took Chuyun Lake in Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as the research object and comprehensively analyzed the water quality by measuring the winter water quality parameters,the primary productivity,and the biomass of different sizes of phytoplankton.The results showed that the water quality of Chuyun Lake was inferior to Class V,and all hydration indexes exceeded the standard except for nitrite nitrogen which met the Class Ⅲ water quality standard for fishery waters in aquaculture areas.The chlorophyll a content of 1#and 2#stations reached 106.87 mg/m^(3),111.56 mg/m^(3) respectively,indicating a high degree of eutrophication.Total primary productivities at stations 1#and 2#were 6.40 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d and 6.60 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d,while net productivities were 3.96 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d and 2.04 g(O_(2))/m^(2)·d.The proportion of small phytoplankton(Mirco,>20μm)was the highest in Chuyun Lake,with 91%and 93%in 1#and 2#stations,respectively;micro(Nano,2-20μm)and pico(pico,<2μm)phytoplankton accounted for relatively low,7%and 2%in 1#station,5%and 2%in 2#.According to the above experimental results,the eutrophic condition of Chuyun Lake was serious,and the proportion of small phytoplankton was large.The results of this study can provide some reference for the sustainable utilization of water resources in small ponds.
