全程人文关怀联合康复护理对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程人文关怀联合康复护理对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2018年6月1日~2022年5月31日收治的408例冠状动脉旁路移植术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各204例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程人文关怀联合康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后2周,两组状态-特质焦虑问卷(S-AI)评分低于护理前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);护理后2周,观察组自我管理行为量表、西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后1、2周,观察组6 min步行试验(6MWT)长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者实施全程人文关怀联合康复护理,能够改善患者负性情绪,促进术后康复。Objective:To explore the effect of whole process humanistic care combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:A total of 408 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting from June 1,2018 to May 31,2022 were selected by the convenience sampling method as the research objects,and were divided according to the random number table method into the observation group and the control group,204 cases in each group,the control group was adopted routine care,while the observation group adopted whole process humanistic care combined with rehabilitation care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Nursing after two weeks,the state-trait anxiety questionnaire(SAI)scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).2 weeks after nursing,the self-management behavior scale and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Nursing after 1 and 2 weeks the 6 mins walk test(6MWT)in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole process humanistic care combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting can improve their negative emotions and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
