结合线上网络平台干预的知信行教育模式对子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨结合线上网络平台干预的知信行教育模式对子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者的影响。方法:选取2018年12月1日~2020年4月30日115例子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者随机分为观察组57例和对照组58例,对照组实施常规护理方案,观察组在此基础上实施结合线上网络平台干预的知信行教育模式。比较两组患者遵医行为、生活质量、自我管理能力和健康行为。结果:观察组遵医行为完全依从率高于常规组(P<0.05),生活质量评分、自我管理能力评分、健康行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结合线上网络平台干预的知信行教育模式可改善子宫内膜癌术后化疗患者的遵医行为和健康行为,提升患者自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of KAP education model combined with online network platform in patients with endometrial cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:During December 1,2018 to April 30,2020,115 patients with endometrial cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group with 57 cases and the control group with 58 cases,the control group implemented routine care,the observation group on the above basis implemented KAP education model combined with online network platform,comparison was made between the two groups of patients on the medical compliance,quality of life,self-management ability and health behavior.Results:The medical compliance in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life,self-mangement ability and health behavior scores were higher in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:KAP education model combined with online network platform in patients with endometrial cancer after chemotherapy can improve the medical compliance behavior and health behavior,Improve the self-management ability and quality of life.
