摘  要:目的:优选半仿生法提取刺梨果渣黄酮的工艺条件。方法:采用单因素结合正交试验,考查乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间对刺梨果渣黄酮提取率的影响。结果:半仿生法提取刺梨果渣中黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶15(g∶mL)、提取温度80℃、提取时间分别是70,35,35 min,该工艺条件下刺梨果渣黄酮提取率为0.58%。结论:所建立的提取工艺操作简单、提取率高,可用于刺梨果渣中黄酮的提取,为综合开发刺梨加工副产物刺梨果渣提供了参考依据。Objective:To optimize the conditions of semi-bionic extraction method of flavonoids from Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace.Methods:Single factor and orthogonal experiment were used to investigate the effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction rate of flavonoids from Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace.Results:The optimum conditions of semi-bionic extraction of flavonoids from the Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL),extraction temperature 80℃and extraction time 70,35,35 min.Under this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids from the Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace was 0.58%.Conclusion:The established method has simple operation and high extraction rate,and can be used to extract flavonoids from Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit residue,which provides a reference for comprehensive development of Rosa roxburghii Tratt pomace.
