摘 要:针对海上生产钻井废液蒸发浓缩出水水质成分复杂,常规A_(2)O工艺处理效果不佳的问题,通过实验探究不同生物填料的挂膜效果和废水处理效果并筛选出适宜的生物填料,同时探究不同运行条件下该工艺对废水的处理效果,结果表明:生物膜叠球填料挂膜时间较短为13 d,挂膜成功后的生物量、EPS含量、累计剩余污泥产量以及废水处置效果均最佳;综合考虑成本和废水处理效果,SRT为15 d时最佳;pH值为7时,废水处理效果最佳,COD和氨氮的去除率均达到95%左右;延长HRT,废水COD去除效果也随之提高,氨氮去除率出现先增大后下降的趋势,当HRT为6 h时,整体废水处理效果最佳,COD和氨氮的去除率均达到95%左右。In view of the complexity of the water quality components of the effluent from the evaporation concentration of offshore production drilling waste liquid and the poor treatment effect of the conventional A_(2)O process,the film deposition effect and wastewater treatment effect of different biological fillers were explored through experiments,and the suitable biological fillers were selected.At the same time,the treatment effect of the process on the waste water under different operating conditions was explored.The results showed that the film deposition time of the biofilm spherical packing was shorter than 13 d,and the biomass,EPS content The cumulative excess sludge output and wastewater treatment effect were the best;Considering the cost and wastewater treatment effect,SRT of 15 d is the best;When pH is 7,the wastewater treatment effect is the best,and the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen reach about 95%;With the extension of HRT,the COD removal effect of wastewater is also improved,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate increases first and then decreases.When the HRT is 6 h,the overall wastewater treatment effect is the best,and the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen both reach about 95%.
