摘  要:罗丹明B是一种阳离子染料,能与I_(3)^(-)阴离子形成体积较大的缔合物微粒,使体系产生强的共振散射效应。当加入葡萄糖后,I_(3)^(-)与葡萄糖发生氧化还原反应,不能与罗丹明阳离子继续结合,体系中缔合物微粒数减少,致使体系325 nm处的共振散射强度减弱,据此原理建立共振散射光谱新方法测定葡萄糖的含量。在优化的实验条件下,体系的共振散射强度降低值(△I_(325 nm))与葡萄糖浓度在0.833~16.7μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为△I_(325 nm)=184.1962+298.5796c,相关系数(R)为0.9956,检出限为0.567μmol/L。将本方法应用于分析饮料样品中葡萄糖的含量并进行加标回收实验,相对标准偏差为2.2%~2.8%,回收率为95.2%~97.6%。Rhodamine B was one kind of cationic dyes,it could combined with I_(3)^(-)to form bigger association particles that exhibited strong resonance scattering effect.Upon addition of glucose,the combinations of I_(3)^(-)and Rhodamine B were prevented by the redox reaction between I_(3)^(-)and glucose,that resulted in the decrease of association particles and resonance scattering intensity at 325 nm.A new method was established for the determination of glucose by resonance scattering spectroscopy.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the decreased resonance scattering intensity at 325 nm(△I_(325 nm))was linearly relative to the glucose concentrations in the range of 0.833~16.7μmol/L,the linear regression equation was△I_(325 nm)=184.1962+298.5796c,and the correlation coefficient R was 0.9956,with detection limit of 0.567μmol/L.The method was applied to determine glucose in beverages samples and the recovery experiment was carried out,the relative standard deviation of analytical results were 2.2%~2.8%,with the recoveries of 95.2%~97.6%.
