摘　　要：润滑脂在贮存中相对易于变质,比较容易变化的质量指标主要有游离酸碱、腐蚀试验、分油量、锥入度、滴点等。针对这些质量指标,简述了其检测方法要点,分析了测定过程中的影响因素与注意事项,并提出了可延缓润滑脂在贮存中变质的质量管理措施。Lubricating greases are relatively easy to deteriorate in storage.The quality indexes that are easy to change mainly include free alkali and acid,corrosion test,oil separation content,cone penetration,drop point,etc.This paper briefly describes the key points of the quality testing methods for lubricating grease,and analyzes the influencing factors and matters for attention in the determination process,and puts forward the quality management measures which can delay the deterioration of lubricating grease in storage.
