摘 要:为解决硼酸锌作为阻燃协效剂使用时,价格偏高导致产品成本高昂的缺陷,基于超细氢氧化镁作为一种时下流行的清洁阻燃剂,本文研究制备了超细氢氧化镁在PVC阻燃薄膜中替代硼酸锌的可能。通过精密机械研磨法制得超细氢氧化镁,并采用热失重仪、极限氧指数、扫描电镜等设备对该阻燃薄膜的热性能、燃烧性能、残炭形貌等指标进行了研究。研究结果显示,当用15份的超细氢氧化镁替代5份硼酸锌和2份三氧化二钴时,在满足阻燃要求的基础上,抑烟效果会更佳,热稳定性存在显著的提升,同时,随着氢氧化镁粉体粒径的降低,抑烟效果逐渐上升。综上,本研究成果能够为超细氢氧化镁的高值化应用寻找新的途径,为PVC阻燃薄膜降本增效寻求新的方法。In order to solve the defect of high product cost caused by high price when zinc borate is used as the flame retardant synergist,the possibility of zinc borate replaced by the ultrafine magnesium hydroxide in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)flame retardant film has been studied,since ultrafine magnesium hydroxide is one kind of popular cleaning flame retardant reagent at present.Ultrafine magnesium hydroxide was prepared by precision mechanical grinding,and the thermal properties,combustion properties,residual carbon morphology and other indicators of flame retardant film were studied through the thermos-gravimetry,limiting oxygen index,scanning electron microscope and other equipment.The results showed that the smoke suppression effect will be better and thermal stability can be improved significantly on the basis of meeting the flame requirements,when 15 parts of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide is used to replace 5 parts of zinc borate and 2 parts of cobalt oxide.At the same time,it can be found that the smoke suppression effect can be enhanced gradually with the reduction of particle size of magnesium hydroxide powder.In total,the research results can be helpful to find new way for high-value application of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide and to explore new method to reduce cost and increase efficiency toward PVC flame retardant film.
