基于疫情防控常态化形势下高校生化实验室的安全管理

摘　　要：实验室是高校开展实验教学、推动科研革新的关键结构单元,承载着学校推进人才培养孵化以及科创水平提升的根本任务。生化类实验室作为化学及生物大类学科专业实践的基础平台,内部危险源复杂多样,部分实验室可能涉及生物安全管控问题,其安全管理长久以来都是引起广泛关注的热门议题。2020年初突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,极大地阻碍了原有的实验室安全管理工作的正常运行。在此形势下,在既定管理模式下对疫情防控期间实验室安全管理工作进行了初期探索,通过拓深管理范围、强化人员管控、协同部门管理,保证了疫情期间学院实验室零事故、零感染。尽管目前国内疫情防控形势趋好,但仍需做好在疫情常态化形势下开展实验室安全管理工作的准备,探索和完善突发状况下的应急预案和管理机制,保证高校教学和科研工作的有序推进。Experimental laboratory is the key construction unit for experimental teaching and scientific research innovation in universities,which bears significant assignment for improving talent cultivation and promoting the level of scientific innovation.As a basic platform for the professional practice of chemistry and biology,which includes complicated and various internal hazards,especially the biosafety control problem in biosafety lab,and now the laboratory security management has aroused wide attention as a hot issue for a long time.Nevertheless,the prime laboratory safety management was seriously hindered by epidemic of new coronavirus(COVID-19)outbroke at early 2020.Facing this situation,a preliminary exploration of laboratory safety management was practised based on the prime management plan.Zero accident and zero infection in experimental lab was presented through deepening management scope,strengthening personnel control and multi-sector cooperation.Although the situation of COVID-19 prevention is getting better,preparation for lab security management under normalized epidemic situation should be conducted.In addition,sophisticated emergency plan and management mechanism under unexpected circumstances should be established to make sure that collage education and research conducted orderly.
