摘 要:在涂装工作当中会产生含有苯、甲苯、苯酚等物质的有机工业废水。而含有酚类的废水对环境和动植物可造成严重危害。目前酚类废水处理技术主要有电解法、生物法、高级氧化法、吸附法等。其中,吸附法是目前较为有效的一种处理方法。通过正交实验考察了温度、pH值、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间等因素对活性炭脱除苯酚的影响。在实验研究的基础上,探讨了活性炭吸附苯酚过程中的热力学、动力学以及吸附机理。为后续制造活性炭污水处理设备,提供了实验数据和理论支持。Industrial waste containing benzene,toluene,phenol and other harmful substances will be produced in the painting work.Phenols wastewater can cause serious harm to environment,animals and plants.At present,the treatment technologies of phenols wastewater mainly include electrolytic process,biological treatment,advanced oxidation technique,adsorption method,etc.Among them,adsorption method is an effective treatment method at present.The effects of the amount of adsorbent,temperature,pH and adsorption time on the removal of phenol were investigated by orthogonal experiments.Based on the experiments,the adsorption thermodynamic and kinetics were tentatively discussed.It provides experimental data and theoretical support for the subsequent research and development of activated carbon pollution treatment equipment.
