摘  要:由于近年来焦化行业以及煤炭行业均实行零排放政策,同时湿熄焦技术逐渐被干熄焦技术所取代,脱硫脱氰废液已无路可走,唯有资源化回收利用,维尔利环保科技集团股份有限公司在陕西龙门焦化厂园区投资建设脱硫脱氰提盐系统,为相关企业解决这一难题。本工程于2018年建设,于2019年竣工运营,硫氰酸钠综合产量约为12000 t/a,硫酸铵综合产量约为3300 t/a,稀氨水综合产量约为12000 t/a,获得了较好的经济收益。In recent years,the coking industry and the coal industry have implemented the zero emission policy,and the wet quenching technology has been gradually replaced by the dry quenching technology,so there is no way out for the desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid,and there is only resource recovery and utilization.WELLE Environmental Group Co.,Ltd.,invested in the construction of desulfurization,decyanation and salt extraction system at Longmen coking plant park in Shanxi to solve this problem for relevant enterprises.The project was constructed in 2018 and completed and put into operation in 2019.The comprehensive output of sodium thiocyanate is about 12000 t/a,the comprehensive output of ammonium sulfate is about 3300 t/a,and the comprehensive output of dilute ammonia is about 12000 t/a,which has achieved good economic benefits.
