北极混凝土结构油气平台国内外标准对比分析

摘　　要：本文结合“北极2”项目工程需要,针对北极重力式混凝土平台建设所需的重要参数,进行国内外关键标准的对标分析研究,对英、美、俄及我国混凝土平台建设的相关标准进行调研,形成标准体系。对平台结构、环境荷载方面的相关参数,分析其在不同标准中的差异,并结合工程实际对差异点进行深入讨论。Based on the needs of the“Arctic 2”project and the important parameters required for the construction of the Arctic gravity concrete platform,this paper conducts benchmarking analysis and research on the key standards at home and abroad,and investigates the relevant standards for the construction of concrete platforms in the United Kingdom,the United States,Russia and China,forming a standard system.For the relevant parameters of platform structure and environmental load,the differences in different standards are analyzed,and the differences are discussed in depth based on the engineering practice.
