摘 要:通过洗井作业清除井底杂质是实现油井增产的常用方法,室内针对含无机垢及有机垢的复杂含垢情景,基于主药剂及辅药剂的性能优选实验,优化形成了一套高效洗井液配方:3%YJRL-5+3%WJCG+2%HSJ-3+2%FPJ-2+0.3%SXZP-1。该洗井液配方具有配伍性好,对复杂垢的清除效率高,出液率提高了近27%。It is a common method to increase oil well production to remove impurities at the bottom of the well through well flushing operation.Based on the performance optimization experiment of the main agent and auxiliary agent,a set of high efficiency well flushing fluid formula is optimized for complex scale containing scenarios containing inorganic scale and organic scale indoors:3%YJRL-5+3%WJCG+2%HSJ-3+2%FPJ-2+0.3%SXZP-1.The well flushing fluid formula has good compatibility,high removal efficiency for complex scale,and the liquid yield is increased by nearly 27%.
