摘 要:海上固定式导管架结构生产平台隔水导管位于海水飞溅区和潮差段的部分由于常年受到海水冲刷、温度及应力变化等作用,普遍出现锈蚀、孔洞或裂缝变形等损害,结构和强度受到损坏。根据涠洲某油田隔水导管的实际情况制定了腐蚀检测方案,并建模对其结构强度及使用寿命进行了模拟核算和评估,研究表明该平台隔水导管普遍存在麻坑腐蚀及孔洞腐蚀现象,该方法对海上油气田开发平台的隔水导管检测和再利用具有很好的参考价值。Due to perennial seawater erosion,temperature and stress changes and other effects,corrosion,hole or crack deformation and other damages generally occur to the diaphragm of the production platform with fixed jacket structure,which is located in the seawater splash zone and tidal range.The structure and strength are damaged.A corrosion detection scheme was made according to the actual situation of the water-barrier pipe in Weizhou oilfield,and its structural strength and service life were simulated and evaluated by modeling.The research showed that pitted corrosion and cavitation corrosion were common in the water-barrier pipe of the platform.This method has a good reference value for the detection and reuse of water isolation pipe in offshore oil and gas field development platform。
