摘 要:常规天然气井加砂压裂技术多数采用统一作业的模式,对裂缝面进行作业,此种模式不能在天然气井中形成脱砂带,无法提高裂缝面的粗糙程度,加砂压裂效果较差且不适用于超深天然气井。基于此,对传统加砂压裂技术进行了改进设计。根据超深天然气井的构造与特征,选取相应的压裂液体与支撑剂,并构造加砂压裂造缝数学模型,获取作业的相关参数,采用分阶段作业的模式,提出了一种全新的加砂压裂技术。根据应用分析结果可知,利用改进技术进行超深天然气井加砂压裂作业,其比表面AR值均较高,裂缝面粗糙程度得到显著提升,压裂效果较好。Conventional sand fracturing technology of natural gas Wells mostly adopts the unified operation mode to operate fracture surface.This mode cannot form sand removal belt in natural gas Wells,cannot improve the roughness of fracture surface,has poor sand fracturing effect,and is not applicable to ultra-deep natural gas Wells.Based on this,the design of traditional sand fracturing technology is improved.According to the structure and characteristics of ultra-deep natural gas Wells,the corresponding fracturing liquid and proppant are selected,and the mathematical model of sand fracturing is constructed to obtain the relevant parameters of the operation.A new sand fracturing technology is proposed by using the phased operation mode.According to the results of application analysis,the sand fracturing operation of ultra-deep natural gas Wells with the proposed technology has higher specific surface values,significantly improved the roughness of fracture surface,and better fracturing effect.
