摘  要:渤海中部区块,明化镇地层为大段的松散、黏软泥岩,参考已经作业井情况,该区块复杂情况较多,钻进中卡钻等复杂情况较多,所以未知因素较多,钻井作业井下风险较大。主要介绍了关键技术方案的制定和作业过程中的关键技术措施,为渤海中部地区浅部地层钻大位移井及大位移水平井提供参考。In the middle block of Bohai sea,the formation of Minghua town is consist of large sections of loose,sticky and soft mudstones.Taking reference of the situations of completed wells,there are many drags and stucks during PIH and POOH.And there are many complex situations such as stickings in drilling process.So there are many unknown factors,and the downhole drilling risk is relatively large.This paper introduces the formulation of the key technology scheme and the key technology measures in the process of operation.It provides reference for drilling extended reach wells and horizontal wells in shallow formations in the central Bohai sea.
