摘 要:针对长水平段水平井钻完井依然存在井壁稳定风险,钻进过程中摩阻、扭矩高,下套管载荷不足等问题。采用井身设计结构、轨道剖面优化设计,轨迹控制中提高复合钻进比列,结合油基钻井液、固完井工具等技术应用,实现3500m长水段水平井钻完井施工。The domestic drilling technology for long horizontal section horizontal wells started early,but the application of the technology is not mature enough.For the drilling and completion of horizontal wells with long horizontal sections,there is still the risk of wellbore stability,high friction and torque during drilling,and insufficient casing load.Adopting the wellbore design structure and the optimized design of the track profile,improving the composite drilling ratio in the track control,and combining the technical application of oil-based drilling fluid,cementing and completion tools,etc.,the horizontal well drilling and completion construction with a long water section of 3500m is realized.
