摘  要:针对油井井筒的结垢问题,本文首先对井筒结垢的机理进行深入分析,提出合理的预防措施,以降低油井井筒出现结垢问题的概率。研究表明:在油井井筒生产作业开展的过程中,受到细菌、腐蚀以及多种类型因素的联合影响,导致其出现结垢问题的概率相对较高,因此,需要从合理选择井筒材料、强化化学药剂使用等多个角度出发,合理选择预防措施,防止结垢问题对井筒生产产生影响。Aiming at the problem of scaling in the well shaft,this paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of scaling in the well shaft deeply,and puts forward reasonable preventive measures to reduce the probability of scaling in the well shaft.The research shows that:in the process of the production of the well shaft,the combined influence of bacteria,corrosion and various types of factors leads to a relatively high probability of scaling problems.Therefore,it is necessary to choose reasonable preventive measures from the perspectives of reasonable selection of wellbore materials,strengthening the use of chemical agents and other aspects to prevent the impact of scaling problems on the production of the well shaft.
