摘 要:本研究以江苏苏南、山东半岛等8个城市群型国家自主创新示范区为研究对象,从创新环境、创新投入、创新产出三方面构建国家自创区科技创新能力评价指标体系,并运用熵权法进行综合评价。结果表明:2020年,江苏苏南和湖南长株潭国家自创区的科技创新能力较强,其他自创区的科技创新能力有待进一步提升,且同一国家自创区在科技创新环境、科技投入及科技创新产出等方面的表现也不尽相同。This research takes 8 urban agglomeration type national independent innovation demonstration zones in southern Jiangsu and Shandong Peninsula and so on as the research objects,constructs the evaluation index system of the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the national independent innovation demonstration zones from the three aspects of innovation environment,innovation input and innovation output,and uses the entropy weight method for comprehensive evaluation.The results show that in 2020,the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the national independent innovation demonstration zones in southern Jiangsu and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan of Hunan is strong,while the scientific and technological innovation capacity of other national independent innovation demonstration zones needs to be further improved,and the performance of the same national independent innovation demonstration zone in terms of scientific and technological iimovation environment,scientific and technological investment and scientific and technological innovation output is also different.
