摘　　要：大学生档案管理是一项非常重要的工作。大学生档案不仅记录学生在校期间的表现,还是其人事档案构成的基础。在“互联网+”时代,高校更要重视大学生档案管理工作,不断创新档案管理工作机制体制,实现大学生档案资源的有效利用。College students'archives management is a very important work.College Students'archives not only record students'performance in school,but also the basis of their personnel archives.In the Internet+era,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the archives management of college students,constantly innovate the archives management mechanism and system,and realize the effective utilization of College Students'archives resources.
