摘 要:为了改善纸基摩擦材料原纸表面碳纤维沉积以及强度性能,研究了添加磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对原纸碳纤维沉积以及强度性能的影响。结果表明,添加TBP可有效改善碳纤维在原纸表面的沉积,TBP用量为3 wt%时,原纸表面无聚集的碳纤维沉积,但强度下降;当CPAM和TBP用量分别为0.03 wt%和3 wt%时,原纸的抗张指数、内结合强度与对照组(TBP用量3 wt%)相比分别提升了23.9%和82.0%,同时改善了原纸表面碳纤维的沉积。To improve the deposition of carbon fiber on based paper of paper-based friction materials and its strength properties,the effects of tributyl phosphate(TBP)and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)on the abovementioned issues were studied.The results showed that the addition of TBP could effectively improve deposition of carbon fiber on surface of the base paper;there was no aggregated carbon fiber on surface of the paper with 3 wt%TBP while strength properties of the paper were reduced.When the dosages of CPAM and TBP were 0.03 wt%and 3 wt%,respectively,the tensile index and internal binding strength of the base paper increased by 23.9%and 82.0%,respectively,compared with the control group(TBP dosage of 3 wt%),and deposition of carbon fibers on the base paper surface was improved.
