基于SD法的商业文化街区活力再生研究——以西安市高新区睿中心商业文化街区为例

摘　　要：街区的活力是现代都市的魅力体现,也是当前都市发展过程中必须着重关注的以人为本的民生问题。文章以西安市高新区睿中心商业文化街区为研究对象,通过现场调研、文献研究、归纳总结等方法,分析睿中心商业文化街区及其场地周边外部空间的建筑布局。结合问卷调研,运用建筑策划技术的SD法对街区活力进行评价,通过因子分析提取出影响街区活力再生的公共因子,并尝试从商业文化街区的活力再生和文化记忆的视角出发,提出适宜该商业文化街区外部空间设计策略,以期为此类建筑设计提供理论指导。The vitality of the block is the charm of the city,and also a people-oriented livelihood issue that needs to be focused on in the current urban development process.This paper takes Rui Center Commercial and Cultural Block of Xi’an High-tech Zone as the research object,analyzes the architectural layout of Rui Center commercial and cultural Block and the external space around the site through field investigation,literature review and summary,and evaluates the vitality of the block with SD method of architectural planning technology combined with questionnaire survey.Through factor analysis,this paper extracts the common factors that affect the vitality regeneration of commercial cultural blocks,and tries to put forward the appropriate external space design strategy from the perspective of vitality regeneration and cultural memory of commercial cultural blocks,in order to provide theoretical guidance for such architectural design.
