摘　　要：文章以重庆市世界文化遗产大足石刻游客服务中心为例,分析相应的地域特征与石刻艺术文化,运用归纳分类和比较分析的方法,分别从意象表达的五个类型、意象表达在建筑设计中的运用来探讨建筑意象表达对建筑设计的重要性。以期突破建筑设计单纯建筑表皮和符号模仿的方式,为建筑设计如何通过意象表达来体现深层次的文化内涵提供一定的参考和借鉴。Taking the tourist service center of Chongqing Dazu Stone Carving,a world cultural heritage,as an example,this paper analyzes the corresponding regional characteristics and stone carving art,and discusses the importance of architectural image expression to architectural design from the five types of image and the application of image expression in architectural design with the methods of inductive classification and comparative analysis.It is expected to break through the design mode of simple architectural surface and symbol imitation in architectural design,and to provide a reference for architectural design to reflect the deep cultural connotation through image expression.
