摘　　要：城际铁路工程的施工组织设计对铁路项目的顺利建设具有指导性意义,编制施工组织设计方案会受到多种因素的共同影响,编制时应重点结合项目的特征、工期要求和重难点来开展;合理的施工组织设计,既能保障项目的顺利推进,又可以有效控制工程成本。从铁路工程施工组织设计中存在的常见问题进行分析,提出了对应的优化措施,并以某新建铁路为例,对施工组织的优化设计进行了分析与探讨。The construction organization design of intercity railway engineering has guiding significance to the smooth construction of railway project.The compilation of construction organization design will be affected by many factors,and the compilation should focus on combining the characteristics of the project,the requirements of the construction period and the important and difficult points.Reasonable construction organization design can not only ensure the smooth progress of the project,but also effectively control the project cost.Based on the analysis on the common problems existing in the construction organization design of railway engineering,the corresponding optimization measures are put forward.Taking a new railway as an example,the optimization design of construction organization is analyzed and discussed.
