银杏达莫注射液联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕的疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析银杏达莫注射液联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕的疗效。方法 80例眩晕患者,按治疗方式不同分为参照组和联合组,各40例。参照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,联合组采用银杏达莫注射液联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后眩晕症状、血清学标志物、血液粘度变化情况。结果 联合组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、简明眩晕症状量表(VSS-SF)评分均低于治疗前,Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于治疗前,且联合组患者DHI评分(14.36±3.54)分、VSS-SF评分(9.12±2.13)分均低于参照组的(23.65±4.24)、(15.69±3.54)分,BBS评分(45.36±3.54)分高于参照组的(38.36±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NES)水平均低于治疗前,且联合组患者H-FABP(47.36±5.72)ng/ml、MPO(33.65±4.98)ng/ml、NES(57.36±6.12)ng/ml低于参照组的(56.63±5.98)、(41.25±5.13)、(68.36±5.78)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者全血低切粘度、全血中切粘度、全血高切粘度均低于治疗前,且联合组全血低切粘度(7.13±1.53)mPa·s、全血中切粘度(4.74±0.96)mPa·s、全血高切粘度(3.92±0.73)mPa·s均低于参照组的(9.12±1.55)、(5.63±1.13)、(4.72±0.87)mPa·s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银杏达莫注射液联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕效果显著,能够促进疾病症状消失,改善血清学标志物、血液粘度水平,有推广价值。Objective To analyze the efficacy of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with betahistine mesilate tablets in the treatment of vertigo.Methods A total of 80 patients with vertigo were divided into the reference group and the combination group according to different treatment modalities,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets,and the combination group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection and betahistine mesilate tablets.The thearpeutic effects,and the changes of vertigo symptoms,serological markers and blood viscosity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),Vertigo Symptom Scale-Short Form(VSS-SF)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score was higher than that before treatment in this group;the DHI score(14.36±3.54)points and VSS-SF score(9.12±2.13)points in the combination group were lower than(23.65±4.24)and(15.69±3.54)points in the reference group;the BBS score(45.36±3.54)points in the combination group was higher than(38.36±3.12)points in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Heart-type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP),myeloperoxidase(MPO),and neuron-specific enolase(NES)in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the H-FABP(47.36±5.72)ng/ml,MPO(33.65±4.98)ng/ml,and NES(57.36±6.12)ng/ml in the combination group were lower than(56.63±5.98),(41.25±5.13),and(68.36±5.78)ng/ml in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood mid-shear viscosity and whole blood high-shear viscosi
